Broadcaster
The Gargoyle Radio has always meant to be a participatory project and the user interface architecture is designed to take this into account keeping it as user friendly as possible. So as we said, if you do want to get involved, contact us.
Presently there is no web based client for external user streaming (work in progress) however there are a number of external clients available and most decent digital decks can stream directly to Liquidsoap.
Clients
We use or have used include:
- Butt Open source, quick and easy to setup, Microsoft, MAC and Linux, not necessarily for DJ'ing
- Mixxx A complete digital DJ deck
- Darkice Commandline, stable but not necessarily for DJ'ing
